Ingredients
  • 1 can King's Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls
  • 20 fully cooked meatballs
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a saucepan, warm the marinara sauce over low heat.

  3. Carefully cut a hole in the center of each Hawaiian roll using a shot glass.

  4. In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter and mix in dried parsley, garlic powder, and grated Parmesan cheese.

  5. Generously brush the inside of each roll with the butter mixture.

  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese into each prepared roll.

  7. Place a warmed meatball into the hole of each roll.

  8. Spoon additional marinara sauce over the meatballs.

  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.

  10. Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
