Ingredients
  • 2 cups sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cold water
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 batch red velvet cake, cubed
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 box Nilla wafers (Optional)
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and ice cold water. Whisk in the instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until creamy. Fold the cream cheese into the pudding mixture.
  3. Gently fold in the heavy whipping cream until well incorporated.
  4. Add the sliced bananas and mini chocolate chips to the pudding mixture.
  5. In a large trifle dish, begin layering with a generous spoonful of pudding, followed by red velvet cake cubes and Nilla wafers.
  6. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding on top.
  7. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow flavors to meld and pudding to set.
  8. Before serving, garnish with additional mini chocolate chips or whipped cream, if desired.
